• Do I need any special software to participate?
  
  The game elements of this competition require that the Flash 5 plug-in is correctly installed and configured. If the flash 5 player is not installed properly or if you have an older version of the plug-in installed you will be alerted via a dialogue box to update to the latest version. • Why doesn't the site fit in my browser window?
  
  The site is designed to be viewed optimally at 800x600 resolution in 16 bit colour. Should your screen be at a lower resolution than this you will not see the site as designed and may have difficulty playing some of the challenges. To check your screen resolution please:
  For PC:
  Right click on your desktop and select properties.
  Select the 'settings' tab.
  Ensure that the colour palette is set to 16 bit and that the desktop area is set to 800x600 resolution.
  Click 'OK'.
  For Mac:
  Click on the apple menu and select Monitors within the control panel.
  Set colour to 16 bit and resolution to 800x600.
  Click 'OK'.

• Why doesn't the site work properly?
  
  This site is designed to be viewed and the challenges played on standard PC/Macintosh computers running either Internet Explorer 4 (or above) or Netscape Navigator 4.5 (or above).

• Why do the games seem be so slow?
  
  The minimum specification required for playing the daily challenges is:

  Please note this is a minimum specification and a better specification will deliver better performance.

• What is the FIFA WORLD CUP™ CHALLENGE?
  
  The FIFA WORLD CUP™ CHALLENGE is a competition developed by Yahoo!, who are official partners with FIFA for both 2002 and 2006 FIFA WORLD CUP™.

• How do I enter the FIFA WORLD CUP™ CHALLENGE?
  
  Simply go to the registration page of this site and follow the instructions. To increase your chances of winning, play every day from 22nd April to 5th May.

• Do I need to know a lot about football?
  
  No. There will, however, be weekly quiz/prize draw, which will be slightly more challenging on your football knowledge. The weekly prize draws are completely separate to the final prize draw and will not increase/decrease your chances of winning if you do/do not participate.

• How many points do I need in order to submit an entry?
  
  You can submit as many entries as you like. One entry requires 50 points. Any left over points will be discarded.

• When can I submit my entries?
  
  No earlier than 6th May 2002 and no later than 12th May 2002.

• Will there be any further Yahoo!/FIFA WORLD CUP™ events?
  
  Oh, yes! Register to Yahoo! and you can be updated on all up and coming events.
