Royal Bank of Scotland Group, one of the world’s leading financial services organisations, has recently completed a prestigious Business School in the grounds adjacent to its new world headquarters at Gogarburn, Edinburgh. This state of the art residential facility, run in conjunction with Harvard Business School, is aimed at the Bank’s top RBS executives and senior managers throughout the world.
Launched in December 2005, the site contains both a public area, which provides basic PR information about the facility, and a database driven delegate’s area. Here, delegates can log on to check the latest information about courses they are scheduled to attend, choose their preferred attendance dates and update their personal details. A bespoke online administration tool allows RBS staff to manage the entire course allocation process via the website and produce a wide variety of management reports.
